Welcome to the first workout of the week post!! I plan on doing this weekly on Monday mornings so you all can get the week off to a good start with fitness!
This workout was designed to get your heart rate up while strengthening all major muscle groups. Made for all fitness levels!
- 30 jumping jacks (modify with step outs instead of jumping)
- 20 squats
- 10 crunches
- 5 push ups
If you want to measure your fitness, record your time with this workout! Feel free to post in the comments below! In a few months you can repeat this workout and see your improvements!
