Workout of the Week

Let’s take it up a notch with a HIIT style workout! This workout is meant for a short term maximum effort followed by a period of rest. This type of workout will burn a lot of calories over a short period of time while improving your overall stamina. Give it a shot!:

1 minute: jumping jacks

30 second: rest

1 minute: running in place

30 second: rest

1 minute: squat jumps

30 second: rest

1 minute: lunges

30 second: rest

1 minute: alternating arm punches while holding a squat

30 second: rest

1 minute: plank hold (or as long as you can)

30 second: rest

1 minute: push ups

30 second: rest

1 minute: sit ups

30 second: rest

You can repeat this 1-3 times (one round should take ~12-13 minutes).
