Workout of the Week

Let’s Sweat!

Here is an at home workout that does not require any equipment:

50 Squats

40 Second plank

30 Burpees

20 Russian Twists (each side)

10 Sit ups

5 Jumping switch Lunges

Can perform once through or repeat 2-3 times for extra burn!

This workout has a good mix of cardio, leg strengthening, and core strengthening.
